I went with mat to the double down yesterday, it was pretty funny but no where near as seedy as I'd expected. By our booth there's an expansion joint in the building we've taken to scoring people as they trip over it. Got a couple of pix of it and it's a riot.

down at interbike working the NBG booth. last nite i went and hung out with the college cycelry people. it was a blast we did the roller coaster at new york new york and then they got me into one of their distributors parties at this brewery in the monte carlo casino. the free beer was nice, we went up to the voodoo lounge on the top floor of the rio. hell of a view, then bill spaceman fell off this ledge into a plant pot, he lucked out if he'd missed the pot he'd have fallen 5 feet into this hole. when will i learn not to take him anywhere. we went off in search of a tacoria that ross thought he remembered after half an hour we gave up and had pizza instead, the lady at the counter said that the mysterious taquria was on the next block. got a couple of pretty nice pictures i've seen some pretty cool stuff, the new bikeE stuff looks very trick. trying to do vegas on a budget is a loosing battle.

been working a lot. the IT-trac project is comming together finally. not been doing much else, 3 classes at unr aren't bad, the cs201 is a joke but it's not funny because there's way to much busy work.

we're having a house warming party on friday (the 22nd) which should be pretty fun, brad and chris are all moved. joe laine called and said he'd be interested in the room when he gets back (oct 5)hopefully it'll all work out.

got back on tuesday morning at about 5:30 had to be at class at 6:30. made for a long day. i didn't get very many pictures at burning man i'll try to get the ones i did take up soon, my dad took a bunch so maybe i'll scan some.

the event itself was in fact a fucking blast, i did a lot more volunteering that in the past. 12 hours as a greater, which consisted of shaking down newbies for beer and spanking them, and 3 as a lamp lighter which is definately something i'll do again. the playanet didn't go as well as hoped, we had the network up no problem but the terminal kiosks didn't happen. next year should go a lot better. i'll probably be doing a blackrock cleaners camp where we'll barter for a variety of services, cleaning, dirtying, alterations, loosing garmets, etc. as a sideline we'll be doing hits, similar to a mafia camp in 1998.
