i came down from portland with laura on thursday in her '82 camary that smelled like it was going to die the entire way down. at a reststop on i-5 we met a biker in a vw bug with a motorcycle front end named pitbull and his chuaua cheeto. we took turns riding in the roofless trike and he told laura that he was her guardian angel. it was pretty funny.
friday we went to sushi peir and rode bikes around town then went to dinner with my folks. saturday and sunday we went up to truckee, lake tahoe and markleville. i've got to recommend the cafe in markleville, it was run out of someone's home and they made one of the best salads i've ever had.
she left to go home today so my life can get back to "normal" for a little while. i'm going to go to thailand with her in november so the plan is to pretty much work my ass off and make some money.
