at least you've got a chance to get it back. the music industry is looking to settle a class action lawsuit over price fixing. if you purchased music from a retailer between 1995.01.01 and 2000.12.22 you can be part of the settlement. depending on how many people sign on, you might either get a check or the money will go to charity. so head over and sign up!
