Do you have any further info on Peninsula Park Commons? Do they have a website? Openings? Do you know whether they bought the place/condo-ized or what? Do they have a common kitchen? Independent ownership of separate units, or is it more coop-like?

We'd like to add 'em to our national list of cohousing communities and link 'em in with activisits in other Portland-area cohousing communities -- there's several built communities there and several in development.
